I’m delighted to be supporting Active April again this year. it’s my 4th year as an ambassador & I’m as passionate as ever about encouraging Victorians to get moving!

This year, in honour of the Paralympic & Olympic Games the theme is to ‘discover your gold’ & by that we mean set yourself a goal this Active April to move 30 minutes each day in the month of April! It could be simply walking the dog or challenging yourself to take part in a fun run.

Victoria has SO many incredible places to get active in so head on over to the website (link is below) or download the app from your favourite app store to register with your friends right now, any age or ability let’s do this together!
