It was a big 2 weeks for Caitlin and Jess as the 2023 Australian National Championships and Oceania Championships were held back to back at the Anna Meares Velodrome in Brisbane.
The duo were successful in winning gold at Nationals and Oceania’s in the womens tandem 1 kilometre Time Trial and Match Sprint along with Oceania gold in the debut on Australian soil of the Tandem Team Sprint where they teamed up with Byron Davies & Beau Wootton. The tandem team sprint is an exciting new event that made it’s debut at the Para- Track World Championships in 2022.
The pair will now turn their attention to preparing for the World Championships this August in Glasgow, Scotland (pending official selection).
